Today, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) is launching a stakeholder consultation process on proposed changes to the Anti-Doping Code. Code Compliance Standard by International Signatories (ISCCS) It entered into force on 1 January 2021. We are waiting for your feedback until 30 June 2023.
The ISCCS will be submitted to WADA’s Executive Committee for approval in November 2023 and is proposed to take effect on April 1, 2024.
The proposed changes are based on five years of practical experience in implementing ISCCS, which first went into effect on April 1, 2018, and feedback from stakeholders. Many of the proposed changes were submitted to stakeholder feedback as part of a consultation initiated in 2018. June 2022.

Stakeholders are asked to draw on practical experience where possible and propose recommendations that will benefit the global collaborative mission for doping-free sport. In addition, stakeholders are asked to be as clear and precise as possible in their feedback, ie by proposing a replacement text for the proposed changes.
Please note that WADA only seeks feedback on proposed changes in 2023 in addition to those proposed as part of the 2022 consultation outlined above.
